Your Responsibilities:
- Reporting to headquarter in Japan with regards to closing, forecasts and business plan
- Perform controlling and "as is" analysis of the business units vs. business plan and forecast
- Support monthly forecast and reporting to stakeholders in Japan, as well as planning for profit & loss for the balance sheet
- Business consultation, cost and ad hoc financial analysis for Departments Heads and CFO
- Support and challenge sales, marketing and administration with financial aspects and KPI follow-up of current business
- Preparation and maintenance of cost- and profitability analysis
- Support of creation and analysis of consolidated reporting
What we are looking for:
- University degree in business administration, preferably with major in controlling or similar subject
- Profound MS office skills, particularly in Excel
- Ideally experience in working with SAP (FI-CO)
- Fluent German and English skills
- Strong communication skills, motivation and commitment
- Structured and independent style of work with excellent problem-solving skills
- Ability to identify existing or potential problems and recommend solutions
