Your Responsibilities:
- Communicative role as a central hub in the sales organization
- Training sales members to use knowledge generated in BI team
- Transformation, analysis and interpretation of POS and POP data
- Analyze customer behavior and tendencies to guide sales and business development
- Explaining markets and identifying competitor strategies in order to find business opportunities
- Strategic approach towards market introduction of new products together with colleagues and customers
- Win/Loss analysis and report to sales department members and develop necessary KPI´s
- Report and communicate with internal organizations worldwide
- Consolidate large complex data sets from internal and external sources converting them into actionable information
What we are looking for:
- University degree in areas Economics, Statistics, Informatics, Mathematics or equivalent
- Experience with data mining, data quality management and ETL processes
- Ability to determine trends and discover patterns and segmentation in large sets of sales data
- Strong communication skills paired with the ability to hold training
- Very good Excel (VBA) skills, advantage if also skilled in SQL
- Interest in learning scripting language such as Python
- Communicative personality with excellent English and good German skills
- Problem solving mind-set and talent in time management
