Your Responsibilities:
- Position all corporate related information to media, collaborate with publishing houses and journalist to increase awareness of the Panasonic Industry Brand in the b2b area and as employer brand
- Develop, implement and lead the internal communication concept and campaigns
- Develop and create Press Release, Media article, white papers and other collaterals
- Analyze market opportunities for employer brand improvement
- Organize media gatherings and press conferences
- Build and extend relation with business media
- Support Brand and Reputation building
- Plan, edit and write content for all internal communications channels (intranet, newsletter, employer TV etc.)
- Plan and coordinate internal events
What we are looking for:
- University degree in marketing, journalism, communications or related field
- At least 5 to 7 years’ experience in similar positions
- Very good knowledge in MS Office package, especially Excel and PowerPoint
- German and English at a high level, oral and written, other languages are welcome
- Excellent writing, editing and proofreading skills
- Highly flexible open minded team player
- Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skills
- Solution-oriented and multi-tasking capability through priority paired with strong motivation
- Willingness to travel
